Are you good at resolving problems and finding solutions? We are currently seeking a Resident Manager who will reside in one our units and join our team! You must have at least 20 hours a week of availability to fulfill the following duties and responsibilities:

Property Maintenance
Walk the hallways, laundry room, stairways, parking lots, entrance ways & building frontage and pick up trash, replace light bulbs and batteries.
Mop, Sweep and Vacuum All Floors
Water & Weed Plants
Bring trash & recycling out on the street and back to holding area
Notify management of any major/minor repairs needed.

Administration
Enforce All Apartment Rules
Maintain & Properly LAbel the Entry System and Mailboxes
Administer Parking and Towing.
Complete all walk throughs of the incoming and out going residents


Rent Collections / Evictions
Discussing and Serving Late Rent Notices
Showing vacancies after hours
Posting 24 Hour Notices and other information notices

 

Emergencies
Building manager shall carry a cell phone during the hours of 5pm-9am for after-hours emergencies.
Contact approved vendors to help resolve problems
Let in vendors to make repairs

Community Building
Put on various community building activities at the property
Present ideas to improve the community to Property Manager and communicate with residents
