  • Clear mailboxes of junk mail and circulars, newspapers
  • Walk around the building and pick up trash, look for hazards
  • All Common Area Bathrooms (5) need stocking and weekly cleanings
  • Enforce House Rules
  • Meet with Vendors
  • Post Notices
  • Notify Owner of any Maintenance Repair Issues
  • Check In/Check Out Incoming/Outgoing residents for turnovers
  • Perform other reasonable request by the management

  • At no time a Resident Manager will work more than 22 hours per month to perform these duties. It is understood that a resident manager is an independent contractor and shall receive a 1099 at the end of each year.
